In 2024, the State of Florida continues to cover-up a severely controversial issue that has deep historical roots and significant implications for the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans / Americans of said African-descent still inhabiting North America for thousands of years, to date. The practice of escheating the land and estate belonging to this community remains a contentious and unresolved issue, raising questions about de jure law international justice, equality, and the rights of indigenous peoples (*See Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples 2007 A.D. – Ratified by United Nations International Charter).

The term “escheat” refers to: In feudal law – obstruction of the course of descent, and consequent determination of the tenure, by some unforeseen contingency, in which case the land naturally results back, by a kind of reversion (Reversion of Estate), to the original grantor (rightful heir), or lord of the fee (fiefdom / feudal law). This common and detrimental modern-day practice has had far-reaching consequences, leading to the loss of ancestral lands and the disruption of traditional ways of life against aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans of said African-descent, to their lawfully-inherited lands by bloodline descendancy and rightful heirship tenures for the public record.

Historically, the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent have faced extremely systemic challenges in asserting their land birth-rights and maintaining genuine and uncompromised ownership of their ancestral territories. The dark legacy of Caucasian/European colonization by forced displacement, forced servitude, enslavement, discriminatory corporate and foreign policies, crimes against humanity, and blatant acts of genocide, has contributed to the utter injustice and intentional marginalization of this ancient bloodline-descendant community and the erosion of their land rights over several generations, to date.

The continued escheatment of land and estates belonging to the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent is a stark reminder of the enduring impact of historical injustices and the fraudulent misprision of treason by hostile colonialism in modern-days for the world to witness. It represents a failure to recognize and uphold the absolute birth-rights of aboriginal and indigenous peoples to North America, perpetuating a cycle of dispossession and disenfranchisement by willful negligence and Failure In Performance of the original international treaty and original Constitution for the united States of America / United States of America Republic 1791 A.D (unaltered by deceitful colonizers).

Efforts to address the ongoing extreme colonial mercenary issues by hostile commerce throughout North America, have been met with both extreme resistance and resilience from the millions of hostile Caucasians/Europeans (and their mixed-bloodline offspring) still fraudulently occupying North America (especially throughout Flores/Florida). International advocates and international community leaders have tirelessly campaigned for legislative reforms and policy changes to safeguard the land rights of the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent since around 1948 A.D. with the United Nations Charter – Declaration of Human Rights for the public record. Such diligent efforts have sought to challenge the legality and morality of estate escheatment practices, emphasizing the need for restitution and reparative measures long overdue to the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent at North America.

Furthermore, the issue of estate escheatment intersects with broader discussions about de jure law justice, decolonization, and the recognition of aboriginal and indigenous sovereignty (not to be confused with co-intel Caucasian/European colonizers having tried to historically label Al Moroccans/Americans/Moors as so-called “Sovereign Citizens” by intentional public deception to prevent public recognition of Moors/Muurs). It underscores the need for a comprehensive reevaluation of land tenure systems and lawful and legal frameworks to ensure that the birth-rights of aboriginal and indigenous peoples are respected and permanently protected moving forward for their future progeny.

In the face of ongoing challenges, it is imperative for the colonial legislators who took part in centuries of fraud, and the broader general public, to engage in meaningful public and transparent dialogue and action to fully address the escheatment of land and estates belonging to the aboriginal and indigenous Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent. This requires an obligatory and bound commitment for the colonizers to uphold the principles of justice, equity, and human rights, as well as a willingness to confront the evil colonial legacies of historical injustice and dispossession forced against the rightful heirs over the post approximately 200 years, to date.

Ultimately, the resolution of the blatant estate escheatment issue demands a concerted effort to empower aboriginal and indigenous communities all throughout Florida and North America in general, acknowledge historical wrongs, and immediately work towards diverse reparations of vast hereditaments and tenements belonging to the Al Moroccans/Americans of said African-descent thus leading to their highly-equitable and rightfully-abundant future for the permanent record. By recognizing and rectifying the total injustices of the past, upright and positive beings can pave the way for a more just and harmonious society, where the land rights of all aboriginal and indigenous peoples of said African-descent are upheld, respected, protected, and honored by all.
